Receptionist speaks is Chinese and speaks English. If you are in the Wen Lin Jie area, go to Yun Da hospital on Xi Chang lu, there is a bus stop there and you want to take bus 97 to Da Guan Lou Nan Yuan 大观楼南园。 This is NOT the Da Guan Lou park despite what the chinese character say, but rather Na Yuan, it's a little off the beaten track on a side street.
