yep. just felt it. don't think it was in Kunming though. probably too early to find any news about it.
6 th story, the building swayed
apparently it was in yuanmeng county, near chuxiong. level 5 on richter scale.

I felt it. I live up north on the 23rd floor. The doors in my apartment were swaying back and forth for about 30 seconds.
yep, felt it on the 4th floor pretty good. Wife felt it on 9th floor of her office building too. lasted about 20-25 seconds
Felt it in French cafe. Nobody else seemed to notice so assumed it was just me imagining things!
