Does anybody know who I could contact to trace a parcel? I guess it might have got stuck at customs and they won't let it pass cause it contains medicine.

Once I find out where my parcel is, they might want me to fill out some sort of permission form to ship prescription medicine...any ideas where I can get this from?

i had something sent by UPS recently, and i got the tracking number from the sender and was able to track using that on the UPS website. the important thing is that your mobile number gets on the parcel - a day or two after the UPS site said my parcel was in Kunming, i got a call from the UPS representative here, who then helped me with customs formalities.

It was not sent via UPS or DHL etc. but with the normal post, otherwise it would be easy to track. So, I need to know how to track parcels that are sent via China Post.

Yes, it is a good idea to put your phone number on the parcel and I will definitely do that next time.
