'China is a developing nation'? You mean it's not like 'most western countries', 'Japan and probably Taiwan' and Hong Kong, Singapore 'and wherever' yet? Damn, they're just now getting into breath mints!
In the meantime appreciate the new windmills, solar water heating, etc., and try not to have so many problems.

Why embarrass yourself further? Much of this already looks self-centred, and foolish.
I for one admit I've done my share to beat the subject to death. As for public toilets, or private ones, I think that would be a different subject - I don't know what might be said that is new, but I'm willing to hear it if it is.
