Hi there , couldn't find a recent thread on this so sorry if been asked too many times...but a few years ago there was a good DVD shop on Wenhua Alley....just returned to Kunming and looks like its gone...can anyone tell me where a DVD shop is these days??? Ta :-)

There's one on the south side of Rixin Lu close to the southern terminus of Bus 91.

The one on Yuantong road next to the LianYun hotel is good. Right near the bank and Beimen street.

There's one opposite the cinema on JianShe Lu, next to Dicos (2 minutes walk from the previous one described by the OP).

There is one opposite cinema and nearly next to Dico's at the crossing of Wenlinjie and Dongfengxilu.

Maybe but Jian She Lu is not the same as Dongfeng Xi Lu ;-)
