Possibly not removed. I think that if the poster updates the ad, it gets frozen until the moderators have looked at it. Although the OP may have just pulled it out of embarrassment.

Perhaps you don't realize how difficult it is to sell things and because of these posts it put people off from buying the items I listed for sale.
