If you go online and call up maps.google.com (with vpn on) or maps.google.cn (vpn must be turned off). Search Kunming, and then search Kodak, it will show you all of the Kodak photo processing shops.

Went to a Kodak this morning and was told that it's going to be very difficult for me to find a place. Do you know of any places in specific that do it? If no photo shops do it, I might look to the Arts University. Plan C would be try and find someone with a dark room of their own at home. Thanks.

Next to the the entrance to the Yunnan Provincial Committee on Rixin Zhong Lu there is an old fasion photo shop that can help you out.

Add mg34867 on WeChat if you speak chinese, he's apparently one of the cheapest and best to get photos developed. I've got friends sending him their films over from beijing.
