Long train ride

I guess thorough reading is not your thing. The original post was only 5 sentences but your reading comprehension needs work. Maybe your wife can help you with that. I didn't ask for advice on what food to give my children. Good luck with that.

I don't recommend high sodium foods.

Canned tuna, hard boiled eggs (last a few days), canned beans, for protein.

Bananas, noodles, corn for carbs. You can buy fresh Ramen at bigger supermatkets. Also at C4 they have healthy instant noodles. The need a bit more time, than the ready mixes -and you have to use your own condiments but they are good.

Fruits for vitamins and fibre, dried fruits (no sugar added e.g....raisins, apricots).

Walmart has small packs of importet milk 4 packs a 250ml. for your dairy intake. Opened, even in hot weather it lasts at least 12hours.

@mcnoodle
I am not talking about the ready mix instant noodle. They have similar fat and sodium as a mcdonalds burger, lots of chemicals, same as eating cardbox.

The ones I mean, are packed plain dryfrozen noodles. They are a little bit harder to boil, so you may have to soak them in water twice, before adding your flavour mix, and canned ingredients.

@Delreathea... where have your cousins gone? I don't see Noodley, Ronald McNoodle or Egg Noodle.
