Yes, the nutrition of children age 1 - 7 is very important during the formative years so it is crucial that a mother receive as much information and training from mostly older men concerning this topic. Glad to see that you are vigilent and replied to my post within 3 minutes.
The children aren't of that age and in my post I asked nothing regarding a child's nutrition. Read carefully. There is no reason why men cannot be educated in this field anyway. Obviously you are childless so you may know little.. but many others are with child. Didn't know you were also sexist.
For two days, maintaining a regular balanced diet is not really an issue
Make the kiddies wear tin foil hats. That'll keep em safe.
Yeah I already have the hats ready and I think you're right, although I may need confirmation on this next one...
Will the kids be ok for 2 days WITHOUT 100% balanced nutrition? I mean I know most of you are not female but I'm hoping for some input in this area. Can they survive on cookies and high sodium noodle packs?
Yes you can survive. Some people live on that stuff. You can try to balance out some of the salt with fruit and water. Bread is a good filler. Just avoid foods that you know will make kids hyperactive.
Just remember the more you eat and drink the more you get to use the WC. On long train trips that can get challenging.
ok. And Thanks again to Camp. I know you're sitting reading all of this but cannot respond since you don't want me to think you care. Talk soon.
Peanut butter is good to have.
Of course I care. I am concerned when a mother of 2 children who has been in China for some time needs advice on what food to give her children. As I mentioned earlier, it is crucial that a mother receive as much information and training as possible. I am glad to see that you are getting good advice from other forum members for your 2 day train trip.
I did not reply earlier because I was busy. Today and tomorrow is Gao Kao testing and my wife has kids taking GK tests today.
