Start another experiment! That's how you finally come up with the answer to what the master's looking for. Experiment after experiment until all the ingredients mix to make the perfect output ;o)

Not sure of the nature of the social/economic experiment referred to (Chinese mixed economy, is that what you mean?), but none of them ever work out according to any formula, they just lead to further changes, which usually don't arise according to formula. History has usually been more or less like that, and if the experiments aren't too disastrous, history will continue.
