I bought a good SKB hardshell case from one of the shops on Yi Er Yi. I'm sure if you do the rounds of all the shops there (or on Xi Chen Lu), you will find what you're looking for.

You just have to buy these things online. That's where I buy 90% of my stuff. It's not like you can open a phone book in this country and find the locations of places and unless you can read and write Chinese, finding places online is also difficult.
