Greece and Bulgaria. Not one for watching the news then? You can sit in your villa watching dishevelled migrants stream past your window, some of them giving your missus a quick goosing in the process, as seems to be the custom in their countries. On a weekend you can spend your time re-wiring the villa since your copper will all be raided by the local Roma. People are leaving Greece and Bulgaria, even Syrians, that's why a house is worth nothing, there's no market. Lets be careful what we sell as a 'land of opportunity' here.

Why not take a 10 year visa if you can get one? Who knows were we'll all be in 10 years? For me, If it's still here then something hasn't gone to plan mind. But with a 10 year visa your options are always open.
