under 2 is too young for kindergarten. Kindergarten is 5-6, then primary school starts at 6-7

Kindergarten in China 2-6 (includes preschool 4-6). My personal opinion is at 3 years old it's alright going to KG. Before that time the little ones should be with their Mum.

I think a babysitter or nanny would probably be a better option at that age. They can gather with others of the same age and develop social skills to prepare them for Kindergarten.

Traditionally Kindergarten is a preschool, in Germany.

Usually it is a one year grade or course, preparing a kid leaving preschool for grade 1.

there is no good or bad, sending a two year old to a preschool, K-garten or QingZiBan. It's not about what we think or want, it's about what the kid needs.

Is the kid very fast in development, or behind in social skills, separation anxiety? Then, it is USUALLY very good for kids to join learning groups, in Early Childhood Education.

If it's homeschooling, or class, somewhere, both fine. As long as it fits your kid's progress and if your kids likes it.

in Denmark, children often go in a daycare from 1-3 and then kindergarden from 3-5 both has nothing to do with school, its just play all day. then they start school at 6.

I hope my daycare will happen some day ;)

Stick to your plan and set up your own day care. If you are patient you will find some chinese people who will be happy to turn their kids over to foreigners as they want their kids exposed to english as soon as possible. It all depends on where you live though.
