CCPIT is a China national level International trade organization with a Yunnan Branch. Did You contact them? The Yunnan Department of Industry and Commerce has a complaint department on Beijing Lu in Kunming. Crooked so-called international coal ore dealers in Yunnan have been arrested in Yunnan and convicted in the past. The ore industries in China are heavily regulated and tough to enter but some changes have been made in recent years. Listen to Laotou's advice. Has anybody reported this to the police? These guys will continue to get away with these frauds if nobody ever reports them.

i have sent all documents to the real Company Manager by courier ( 120 euro) german embassy, chinese embassy in Munich (Invitation was real) german and chinese chambre of commerce - no one have answered, no one have sent a short message to me.

For others information, China has been on a mostly extended holiday period since September 25 to about Oct. 12 which means generally any replies might be delayed.
