I do NOT understand how a person who registered here in GK just 2 days ago is asking about a place no one has ever heard of before.

The sign outside of Paul's Shop on Tianjundian Xiang says "Uncle Paul's". I'm guessing that's what the OP is asking about. Until recently the store was being renovated:
