yeah, people roll into my apartment complex (which is really not that fancy) in the most ridiculous cars: porsches, bentleys, the odd ferrari. If they are that rich, why on earth are they living in a shitty apartment? Because its much easier to rub your wealth in other people's faces with a car than a fancy house, that's why! Don't get me wrong, I love fast cars, but there's a 40kmh speed limit on most of the streets around here, so what's the point?

and btw I saw FF7 today, it's actually a surprisingly good action film, probably one of the best made in recent years.

Many don't have the intention of owning the car, but kind of lease it. They borrow money from the bank and return the car when they get bored or when they run out of money to pay for the loan.

This kind of idiocy everywhere, doesn't imply existence of anything you might want to call socialism.
