I recommend the Kunming International Clinic on the first ring road. Everyone there speaks perfect English, and many are Westerners. While they are not a full-service hospital, they are all doctors who can treat you in some ways, and then help you from there. It is very inexpensive, and they are very fast, professional, and nice.
