Barbara does an amazing pavlova and best carrot cake i''ve had in a long time !!

Sals does the best 'no flour' chocolate cake i ever tasted. I'm sure they could sell you a whole cake on request.

Metro do a great New York cheesecake for a very reasonable price. It's in the frozen section. Very generous biscuit base. imo the best bit of a cheesecake.

Stay away from Mr Cake. Very Chinese tasting 'cheesecake' with no biscuit base... but super cheap at 39 kuai.

in china is very difficult to find bread without eggs or milk

each may have his appreciation of animal suffering, but concerning egg i doubt those breads have eggs from small farm. i guess they are from battery chicken,which in europe spend nearly all their life in a cage, not allowed to move, one on the other
