I'm from a special country so I take a shortcut to driver's licence ownership: I only need to have it translated into Chinese. Now I need to find someone who's going to do that. Of course, you can't just translate the thing, it needs to be done by a sworn translator.

Anyone know someone who does this?

Also when I then have my Chinese car driver's licence and I want to add motorcycle licence, will I have to go through the theory test after all?

How do you find out if a license from your country only needs translating? Authorities don't always seem to be well informed about agreements with other countries.

Basically you're from Belgium or not.
