does anyone know a reliable travel agent that they would highly recommend? I've heard of several scams and don't want to throw away my money.

haven't used them yet, but called for info and the girl on the phone (christine?) spoke good english and was very helpful with providing lots of information. she was super sweet and even gave me alternatives to save money. they're in the gokm listings.
