i have been trying to find a good city map, in pinyin, for Kunmiing. Internet maps are not so complete, i really need a fold-out version. I have tried book stores, they only have Chinese versions.

The bookshop a few doors down (west) from Yunnan Normal University on Yi Er Yi Da Jie sells an English/pinyin map. It's next to a Giant bicycle shop, and not immediately obvious as a bookshop.

If you use a vpn and log in from a server in an English speaking country, you will get pinyin.
