Who came up with the name 'soccer', anybody have any idea how on gods earth does it relate to the game of football? Was it just pulled out of the air or has the name some proper relevance!!
Great question, but I promised not to use the word soccer!
It's because s*... I mean football players wear socks. If they wore 10 layers of padding they would have been called "dumplings".
actually, why is american football even called football when only 2% of the sport involves the foot?
