Kunming and Chengdu men's and women's rugby teams host their Chengdu counterparts for a day of fast flowing, running rugby.

Rugby Sevens will feature in the Rio Olympics this year and is a huge attraction in Hong Kong every April.

Games are only 15 minutes long and because there are far fewer players on the field, speed, evasion and skills feature prominently in high scoring matches.
