Yoga weekend With Tindy
This is a Yoga retreat course for people who are interested in yoga, and all yoga level practitioners. Surrounded by the breathtaking countryside of Kunming, we will discover our inner peace and physical balance; have a weekend of harmony weekend with Mother Nature!
The course is taught in English and Chinese. Places are limited to 8 students. A total of 18hrs practice to rejuvenate and balance your body and mind
Itinerary:
Friday night pickup from Kunming
21:00-21:30 introduction and orientation to Spirit Tribe and the Yoga weekend

About Your Teacher Tindy
Tindy Chen was born in a small village in Jiang xi province, started with a spiritual life at early age by her Buddhist Qi Gong healing grandmother, she started to practice yoga in March 2008, attended yoga and meditation retreats in Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Hungary over the years.
She taught and organised yoga events for many years, she is an easy going and clam person who is always happy to share her positive energy.
Fees: 850rmb (includes all the tuition, return transport from Kunming, vegetarian meals, and accommodation)

关于Tindy
Tindy 出生在江西省的一个小镇,她的外婆是一位虔诚的佛教徒并从小教她气功 平衡身心,她于2008年三月开始练习瑜伽,先后参加了泰国、柬埔寨、印度尼西亚、匈牙利等国家的瑜伽和冥想静修。她是一位平和的瑜伽修行者,总是非常乐意跟大家分享她的正能量。
