I don`t know if anyone knows more about this one, but two years ago I passed something like a ski-resort on the way from Shangri-La to Deqin. I don`t know if this place is worth of the name ski-resort, and it looked pretty deserted at the time (well, it was october), but there might be a chance of snow in this part of Yunnan.
