I am having a hard time searching for an apartment to rent. Are there any local kunming websites that specialize in renting? I've checked the newspapers but only saw a few. If anyone can help me, it would be appreciated. I've searched on this site as well...but where are the local people searching for rented apartments? Ideally would like something less than 1000rmb/month.

btw, how much does utilities on average cost in kunming? some apartments don't include it in the price..
