I was pleasantly surprised when I just recently discovered that they had Roggenvollkornbrot and Sonnenblumenbrot at the Hema grocery store in shuncheng mall (盒马，顺城购物中心). Don't know if that's what you mean by German bread, but thought I'd mention it. :)

Had to get a crown earlier this year and this is by far the best dental experience I've had. Professional, caring and excellent service. There are several cheaper options in the city, but I don't have issues paying a bit more for quality work.
They also have an english-speaking dentist.

Don't have the receipts with me now, and can't remember how much the fee was. But I'd guess around 200 kuai?
Was tested at Richland hospital 云南瑞奇德医院 Nov last year. They provided English documents (fit for travel medical document and PCR test) and filled out whatever forms that were required to enter the destination country (in my case Denmark).
Got the test done Tuesday before lunch and picked up the results Wednesday morning on the way to the airport.
