Liuming,
I agree with you totally and I understand your meaning of funny. I also share your sentiments regarding the right to post any opinions, regardless of how ridiculous they may seem.
Unfortunately, the moderators of GoKunming do NOT share in our sentiments and there has been some censorship here in recent months as well as some recent posts concerning guidelines, rules and censorship. As you can read from some of the replies, some members are eager to see more censorship and more locking of threads, and SPAM buttons.
I personally do NOT approve of ANY type of censorship because the moment it begins, censorship will have no end.
I perfectly understand why the moderators locked a few threads lately. The problem is that a few people are writing some absurd things here and it causes the moderators to do something about it. Of course, the only option is to lock the thread.
I hope the OP of this post will realize that this type of posting will eventually result in locking this thread = locking a thread means censorship.
Crazy, I am pleading with you to please look at how many of your previous posts have been locked. Remember, locking a post equals censorship. Please do NOT force the moderators to begin this course of action because once it begins it will NOT end.

发布者I have 2 balconies in my apartment so I have a small garden. I compost all my vegetable waste and I feed it to the worms in my worm garden. Over the years I have put all this into the red Yunnan dirt that I got from outside and now my soil is rich, loose and black.

Yunnan dam structurally unsound, repairs in limbo
发布者Even wiki is equally inept - The Ludila Dam is an under construction gravity dam on the Jinsha River near Lijiang in Yunnan province, China. Construction on the dam began in 2007 and was halted in June 2009 by the Ministry of Environmental Protection after it was being constructed without approval.
Near Lijiang? I can name at least 3 prefectures in Yunnan that are near Lijiang.

发布者Nothing annoys me more than reading an article that does not clearly answer the 5Ws. When the reader has more questions after reading an article that is proof to me of poor writing.
Is this dam in Lijiang or Dali? I am sure this dam has to belong to a certain county.
