I had a full screening of heavy metals done in the military before I left the USA 14 years ago.

I have done the tests twice since I have been here. I do the tests every 5 years to notice if there are any differences.

I do not buy bottled water. We use boiled tap water only. The only test that showed a tiny increase (0.01+) was the fluoride test as they are putting that crap into everything now.

I do not eat any seafood, especially any type of bottom feeders as that is where most of the heavy metals usually end up in

Could be the start of another cultural thread - Chinese do not have the habit to properly behave on a plane and lack the skills to properly deal with conflict. Obviously, lack of practice make this phenomena more common.

I live on the Line 3 area and I still have not seen any of the subway entrances built yet. There are at least 6 subway entrances near my home and not a single one has been completed yet.

The new Visa office is located at 118 Tuo Dong Road. There is no number on the building yet so do not bother to look for it. There are 2 passport photo shops on either side of the building. The office is located directly in front of the Kunming Museum. The bus stop is named - Shi Bo Wu Guan - Bus 1, 62, 109, 117, 145, 213, A1 and K3 stop directly in front of the office. Foreigners need to go to the 3rd floor. The Tuo Dong Stadium is located to the right of the office while Baita Road is located to the left of the office.
