Does anybody have any news about what's going on in Yunnan with travelling as a foreigner? Are authorities letting travel through, are there any restrictions for people taking domestic flights? I have a flight booked but I'm not sure if they will even let me fly. Is it possible to go into cities like Dali or Lijiang or are they all blocked off now?
