Thats OK. Actually before I came up with "Fubar" last time "Camel toe" was considered so I shouldnt fault Dan for that. I mean something like "The Oasis" probably isn't too bad given the location, but it just doesnt have that something special I'm looking for. The "personal attacks and cheap shots" was in relation to other threads and not this one. So yes you are right, thanks for every idea and bring on more!
I really had some hope that we might actually get somewhere on this, but alas things seem to be on a downward spiral. I think even if I doubled or quadrupled the bar tab (which I'm not) things wouldnt get any better. I'd hoped that some of the negative energy here could be funneled into something more positive, but it seems its not to be.
Lets just get back to personal attacks and cheap shots like before- lesson learned
* a thanks to blobbles and a couple of others for actually trying...
Fubar was "富吧" so could be said basically the same way as in English, plus had a meaning in Chinese.
Any name that has anything to do with history, ethnicity, debauchery, foreignness, freedom, alternative thinking and so on and so on is basically out.
Funny you should bring Caravan cafe' up Magnifico. I bought the place after they were run out of town...Not a bad name, though i thought "Fubar" was better, as it works very well in Chinese too
True story- I ran into blobbles in the wilds of the Tian Shan last year. We spent a few days in the mountains together, and at that time he often pondered aloud how much he wanted to cook up some marmot soup, an animal which is also known to have a high incidence of rabies. He eventually left the hills unsated.
It makes me wonder what really did happen to those that raccoon...
"In January 2012 we ended up with a lazy cook that produced very inconsistent dish quality, one day good, the next terrible, especially obvious on Pizza. Because it was just before Chinese New Year we could not fire him without problem staffing the kitchen."
Interesting that you made the decision to serve often "terrible" food, which people had to pay for presumably, rather than just close the kitchen until you could find a cook that didnt serve terrible fare. If I were you, and having been to your establishment once I speak with limited experience, I'd be extremely grateful with the 4 stars you already have
"chongzijia" would it be wrong of me to assume you had a relationship with this guesthouse? If so don't you think you should state this up front, and possibly abstain from giving a star rating?
Actually I think if you pay for an ad you are able to write an intro for your business...
Otherwise your review may appear to be slightly disingenuous? These reviews have low enough credibility as it is. Just a thought.

发布者Right, so Switzerland and Denmark should discuss it amongst themselves, since obviously China wouldn't be in a position to be involved...
