I have a small apartment just beside Yunnan university(in Xiyuan) and close to green lake. Also, it's just nearby the foreign students college of Yunnan university, lots of foreign students around this area and many bars, restaurants as well. It's a 35 m2 room with nearly everything needed for daily life, a double bed, tables, wardrobe, sofa, TV, DVD, stereo, refrigerator, hot-water bath heater, wide band connection, etc. The room was rented by Thailand friend before and it will be free from August 1st.
