My biggest problem with swimming in Kunming in the colder months, is that even if the pool water is heated, the building windows will be open -- so you get chilled after you get out of the water! The pool at the 海航酒店 is underground, so there are no windows to make you cold. Even so, there are some skylights to let in natural light.
