If I understand, you mean that people might smoke as much as before, but with more accommodations I would be very unlucky to stay in a hotel near them, even if I go to cheap places.

I posted my comment on this page to know if weed was something that people loved about Kunming ? Good that it does not seem to be the main reason why people travel there :-)
