Does anyone recognise this chinese pop song on YouTube below:

The title is called on YouTube: JOHN PEEL'S CHINESE RECORD.
It is 2 minutes 27 seconds long and was recorded on BBC Radio One in 1987.

I do like the tune and it sounds very 60's/70's. It was played on John Peel's BBC Radio One show in 1987, but even John Peel himself doesn't know what the record is, as it was all written in the Chinese alphabet.
