Hi … where can I find rolling papers in Kunming? I remembered to bring rolling tobacco this time,….. but forgot to bring papers. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks... However, boxes are arriving by air freight from Kathmandu, so this is the port of entry, i.e. really need someone here to handle import and customs clearance, and hopefully, delivery. Suggestions welcome.
