I would also expect said professional to know the correct way to use the word 'whom' (but I wouldn't expect them to teach it to pre-schoolers) :)

I found a place recently for clothing alterations. They adjusted some trousers for me. I'm not sure about jackets, but if I needed something like that done, I'd definitely ask these guys.
Now, I don't know the exact address, but it's on Renmin Lu, close to Xiaoximen (east of Dongfeng Xi Lu intersection). There's a shopping centre with a Starbucks on the ground floor. You can find the alteration place on the 2nd floor, down a small corridor at the rear of a womens clothing shop (on the eastern side of the building). They have a price list for alterations on the wall - only in Chinese, though.
