Hello,
We will come to Kunming in 6 weeks and plan to stay for 4 months.
I also have a 90 day visa so i need extension for 30 days.
I am also married to a Chinese wife, and we own a apartment in Anning.

The information about getting extension is very helpful, however i have one question.

What exactly is:
Copy of the filled in pages of your Household Register plus original.

The rest should not be a problem, so i hope to get an extension.

Good news, i am already 5 and a half year married with my chinese angel.
I hope that it will last for many more years.

I will be happy to get a one year residence permit, it is for me no big issue to renew this every year.

I wonder if this is the only residents permit.
I have been working in China for 2 years, and in that period i had a residents permit witch was valid for 1 year.
Last time we were in Kunming we asked about getting a new one, as for now i am married with a chinese wife, and we own an apartment in Kunming.
To my understanding we could get a permit for a period of 1 year.

Does anybody now more about this subject?

Maybe i didn't make myself clear.
I am not planning to look for work in China, i will live from my pension what is paid to my bank account in holland.

So what i am asking, if i start living in China, my wife is Chinese, will the Chinese government deduct tax from my dutch pension

Lately i got some confusing information about the amount of tax what i have to pay if i start living in China after my retirement.
Some people are saying that you don't have to pay tax if you are retired, and some say that you have to pay.

Is there anybody already retired end living in China who can share information about this?

It will be much helpful in deciding when i am going to move to China
