i've been out here for minigolf as well as food and drinks several times now and have found it a nice change of pace from the usual places i hang out in the city. a round of minigolf is 40 kuai, which doesn't seem outrageous to me. i was surprised how much fun i had playing minigolf... it had been a while since i last played.

i'm not sure if they have their bbq and buffet every night, but it's gotta be one of the best in kunming. the outdoor tiki bar with a lakeview is one of the more comfortable places to enjoy a drink outdoors when the weather is good.

anyway, a good place to go for something different.

my favorite bar in dali - good place to do nothing during the day. at night it is usually either fairly quiet or out of control. the bird has a nice big pool table, and a seemingly endless supply of pool sharks! nice owners too
