There is usually an english speaking manager who will help you fill out a form to get a card. It was really easy.

When I forget my card, usually someone else in line will let the checker scan their card for me :) I have never had any one refuse me!
I just started teaching Zumba dance fitness here in Kunming, and am getting a great response from locals and having a blast. I am a licensed instructor and am looking for other people in Kunming who like Zumba and ARE licensed, or are interested in getting licensed during a trip to their home country.
I think we would have a lot more success if we were able to share resource, clients, and substitute for each other's classes when needed. Let me know what you think.

We just got a wonderful place in the North of KM. Many foreigners are moving to this area. It is newer and cleaner. many restaurants/walmart, etc...
Our Real-estate agent was great! He also found a place for our friends. I went thru at least 8 other agents that all waisted my time before finding him. He speaks excellent english and will search for exactly what/where you want to live.
Also, there are some western style houses (not appartments) in the area.
