In desperation Paul's Market or Wicker Basket whole wheat flour will do. I order organic whole wheat flour 5 kilos at a time from Australia or the US. Shipping is a killer but at least I know the quality is excellent and the taste is noticeably better.

They didn't have a business license to serve food and they're kitchen was completely illegal. After a recent inspection their entire food operation was shut down because the authorities will allow no more establishments with kitchens in that entire area. As with most things: everything is okay until it's not.
