Chinese are telling me can pay monthly not have to pay 12 months up front, so they only charging foreigners 1 years up front?
If on the 3gb 150rmb monthly plan and don't use all the 3GB does it role over to next month or reset and loose the difference.
So even if pay the 1200rmb for the year and then use 3gb a month the charge will become 1800rmb?

Any one know the prices for the China Unicom 3G sims to use for Android smart phones.
I read this:

pacakge 96RMB for 3GB per month is a Prepaid one.

Also a year contract package is 1200rmb.
Read can get 3 month pre paid just over 300rmb.
I'm not interested in calls because its dual sim phone, so my calls will be on China Mobile.
Just want China Unicom for my internet.

actually I just remembered a Chinese gf i know buys stuff from ebay from all over the world with her Chinese bank accounts. So must be possible, the only problem is Chinese paypal site is in Chinese only.
