Hey--I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere that might be showing the debates (which start Friday evening in America) or, probably more likely, is anyone with a satellite dish planning on watching them live?
Ditto--I'd like to learn more about this.
I'm thinking of traveling to Dali over the national holiday in October, but I'm somewhat hesitant to travel there on my own (I've only been in China for about three weeks). Is anyone else considering going to Dali? A little about me: I'm 22, male, from the Chicago area, teaching at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics--a pretty normal guy, all around. well, I know TCG Nordica has concerts (though finding it, as I found out last night, is easier said than done.) There's supposed to be a jazz concert there, I believe, on the 20th. Other than that, I don't know, but am also interested to find out.
