2.4 kilometer-long public promenade along the eastern shore of Dianchi Lake. Completely renovated, widened and re-landscaped in 2017, it commands great views over the lake and of the iconic Western Hills.

During Kunming's short winter season, this lakeside boulevard is the frequent hangout for thousands of migrating Siberian seagulls.
