Concordia Welfare and Education Foundation (CWEF) is a Hong Kong-based, non-profit organization founded by Christians and dedicated to poverty alleviation through education and service. CWEF works in China to enable communities and individuals to make sustainable changes in their lives through programs that encourage awareness and skill building.

CWEF works with both local communities and the Chinese government to identify the sources of poverty and to organize programs that give individuals the power to fight poverty. CWEF coordinates and directs projects in three main areas: traditional education, public health and sanitation, and rural development.
