This restaurant made me feel like i'm in India again!!! Dirty, busy! looove it!

Nice place

Seems more reliable lately. As always, you can tell that some of the spices that should be in there have been omitted or replaced with a local substitute. Despite this shortcoming, the food is pretty good and makes for a nice change from Chinese or Western.

Did they always use long-grain fragrant rice? Don't remember because I usually order naan and haven't been in a while. In any case, it's nice to see them not skimping on the extra cost for the good stuff.

I went today, found the food to be good and served promptly, however it was pricey and the servings were quite small.

It tasted just like the Indian food back in England if you like that kind of Indian food.:P
The Masala tea was delicious!

Don't really understand all the negative reviews. Maybe things have changed, maybe I got lucky with what I ordered. I dont know.

I'll preface this by saying I've had great Indian food in India, and in the states. Think the meal I had here was fairly respectable. It wasn't great, but it was recognizable as Indian food and the Lassi was good.

It wasn't cheap but the price wasn't too high. Not bad considering there wasn't a south Asian in sight. Also not bad when you glance next door to the Chinese restaurant and see whats being served looks like some type of animal abortion.
