There is a new Chinese/Taiwan themed food court next to Shuncheng. Corner of Dongfeng West Rd and Yanhe Rd. It's after Wuyi Lu right across from Shuncheng. Lots of stalls. It's one of those buy a prepaid card food courts, but I assume any balance is refundable. However, I didn't try anything, so can't be sure.
