I have my own personal choice for what I believe is the best mixian in Kunming, but I am eager to hear the thoughts of others. Which restaurant in town, in your opinion, serves the best mixian?

My favorite one is down the street from where I live. It is served with authentic gutter oil, not that cheap imitation stuff you find at Brother Jiangs. Also, the skewers they sell contains real rat meat that's not adulterated with filler pork meat that you find throughout Kunming.

And best of all, the mixian is made with metabisulfite which makes it look mmmm delicious!

Man, all this talk about mixian is making me hungry, I think I'll go order a bowl right now!

redjon77, there is a place in the ThinkUK complex that I really like. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name, but when you enter the gate, turn left, and it is the first mixian place on your right. Their lumian is good too.
