I think the one sold in glass bottles at Paul's are. There are also green and white cartons that say 24h on them made by XueLan

Shuncheng 3rd floor by the theatre entrance there is a New Zealand Ice Cream shop that has milkshakes. Never tried them though. If you do, let us know.
