Hello to everyone,

I would like to continue studying chinese and I was wondering if anyone has ever studied in this school. I prefer to study in small schools rather than big universities as one gets to talk more in small groups . Thanks for your advices.

The reason I started this thread is because there are so many unqualified people teaching chinese. Be it at schools or in private, I dont think they are qualified to teach.

Just like many foreigners who teach english yet they dont have a clue as to what they are doing. Many chinese may speak chinese but are unable to teach it.

If I went to a private school I would ask to see the qualifications of the teacher who was going to teach me before I sat in a classroom or paid my tuition.

I've studied at the school and can safely say the teachers are very good at what they do. I've enjoyed the lessons and learnt a lot in the process and would happily recommend them to anyone.
The teachers are friendly and helpful in any problems you may encounter while studying with them to.

On HFCAMPO's point all I can say is I have never felt the need to ask them as all was good.

Thanks guys.

I see HFCAMPO point though. You want to know what are the teachers qualifications before enrolling in a course.

redjon77, glad to know you were happy with the school, teachers, methods used. I think I am going to give it a shot.

I studied at Mei's for a short while. I learned alot about reading characters, which has proven very useful.
